چکیده

This paper describes the I3A-University of Zaragoza speaker recognition system in the Evalita 2009 Speaker Identity Verification Application task. Two systems have been submitted for evaluation: a primary system based on Joint Factor Analysis and a secondary system based on classical MAP adaptation without any channel compensation for comparison. We present results for both systems on the development and evaluation datasets and focus on the discussion about the influence of channel compensation, score normalization and calibration on the performance.

The THUEE Speaker Identity Verification System for Evalita 2009 SIV-Application

This paper focuss speaker identity verification system from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University (THUEE) for Evalita 2009 Speaker Identity Verification Application Track (SIV-A). Two systems are submitted for the evaluation. The primary one consists of GMM-UBM and GMM-SVM. The contrast one is based on high level feature. We describe each subsystem briefly and give their...

AGNITIO’s Speaker Recognition System for EVALITA

AGNITIO’s submission for the EVALITA 2009 Speaker Identity Verification Application Track was a fusion of a state-of-the-art JFA system and a new I-Vector system. We briefly describe the two systems and their fusion and then highlight the challenging cross-channel conditions of this evaluation, where enrollment was via land-line and verification via mobile, or vice versa. Despite the availabili...

Speaker Verification on Summed-Channel Conditions with Confidence Measures Verificación de locutor en condiciones de canal sumado con medidas de confianza

This paper addresses the problem of speaker verification in two speaker conversations, proposing a set of confidence measures to assess the quality of a given speaker segmentation. We study how these measures can be used to estimate the performance of a state-of-the-art speaker verification system, the I3A submission for the core-summed condition in the NIST SRE 2010. We present a Factor Analys...

The RU Submission to the Evalita’09 “application track” Speaker Recognition Evaluation

In this paper the RU submissions for the application track of the Evalita’09 speaker recognition evaluation are presented. The primary submission is a fusion of two independently developed acoustic systems that include channel compensation and full joint factor analysis (JFA), respectively. Both systems are UBM-GMM dotscoring systems, which are characterized by very efficient computation of sco...
